This is a high quality, user-friendly, upgradeable website software starter package, with free design (from a selection) and a complete set of template pages to choose from. Uses include holiday lets, first time websites, online brochures, or create multiple sites that combine to form powerful website suites.

Page numbers are restricted to just ten and support is limited to email only, while there is no ecommerce option. This is a useful entry level website software package to try out the Internet for your business or run a blog.

The same user-friendly website software set-up with built-in user design features, search engine management (SEM) tools, and unlimited pages provide the complete professional website package. Suitable for business start-ups, SMEs, photographers, corporate websites and product or photo showcases.

The system will be suitable if you wish to simply and neatly present your products (e.g. in categorised gallery form linked to individual product detail), but do not wish to sell your online at this stage. You can upgrade to e300 or e400 at anytime.

Pages are created from pre-designed templates (provided as part of your set-up). You simply duplicate your pages and replace content to build your site.

This has all the benefits of e200 with built-in e-commerce tools to enable you to sell your products and services online. The system cleverly utilises the considerable benefits of PayPal. It is perfect for enterprises with fewer product lines. Suitable uses include bookings, product sales, subscriptions, charities and retail.

If you wish to begin online retailing and do not have large numbers of product lines this website software package offers excellent value for e-commerce start ups.

Pages are created as for e200, while the ecommerce tool enables you to create and manage a simple database for your products with name, code (optional) and price. With a PayPal Merchant Account set-up you can then add ‘Buy Now’ (or similar) buttons across the site as appropriate, and once published you could begin taking payments online immediately. Upgrading from e200 is easy and will not affect the administration of your site.

wordserver e400^™ (Brand new product!)
This is our newest website software package which offers a comprehensive database system capable of importing and automatically converting your products/data to fully searchable content rich pages, with optional e-commerce tools. It is suitable for all retailers, mail order sales, catalogues and archives.

This system is perfect if you have a significant number of products on offer (or envisage that your website will grow), or require a fully searchable and flexible online system for them. It also offers a more structured way to manage your website with every product page published on your website automatically from the database to a pre-set template (which we design as part of your set-up). This differs to e200 and e300 in that you do not create the product content within the page (as for other pages on your site), but enter data which is then converted to website pages for you.

An upgrade to e400 from e200 or e300 requires you to restructure your existing product pages into the database format to utilise the full automation and search features.

Design
All the above products come with a free design that you can select from our website (see wordserver.co.uk to view). The design will be adapted to your needs (including logo and colour scheme) as part of your set-up. If there are elements from more than one design that you would like to see, we can combine them for a small set-up fee (depending on requirements, but typically £50-£100 exc. VAT).

Alternatively, we can offer a full bespoke design service for around £300-£450 (exc. VAT). Again the fee will depend on your requirements and your choice of package. Please see our customer websites page to view designs we have produced and if you do proceed, let us know which are favoured.

We will not charge you for an exclusive design until you are happy with it. We will communicate with you to ensure you get the design that you like and suits your business profile.

Content Service & Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Some clients ask us to insert some or all of the content to start with and then take over the management later. This service may be suitable if you have a tight deadline or are too busy to complete the whole site in one go. We can also offer the SEO service which is one of our specialties and should ensure your website has the best possible chance of success.

If you select e400 and have a product database in a suitable format we may be able to import your data as part of the set-up fee.
